PROBLEM: The 1-Click Apps in LetMeIn does not automatically log the student into Grammarly.

 

Workaround Steps:

  1. Go to Grammarly
    1. This can be achieved by using the 1-Click Apps in LetMeIn 
  2. Reset your password for Grammarly
    1. This can be achieved by entering your password incorrectly and receiving the error message
    2. Grammarly will send reset instructions to the Student’s Email
      1. Check the quarantine folder if you do not see the email.

      4. Go to Student Email


      5. Use the button/link provided in the Grammarly email


      6. Reset Password for Grammarly

 

      7. Login to Grammarly

 

The user should be able to access Grammarly from the 1-Click Apps without further issues.
