There have been multiple instances where reports are received from Indiana Tech offices that the caller ID says one of the following:
- Campus Law Enforcement
- Spam Risk
One of the issues found is that some cell phones have an app installed called Hiya which grabs a phone number and assigns a name from it's own directly rather than from the phone system itself
REMEDY:
- Notify Hiya that the name is incorrect
- Turn off or remove the Hiya app from the cell phone
