Resetting Network Password
Indiana Tech uses a password management system that lets the user reset their network password, as long as they have registered at LetMeIn.IndianaTech.edu.
To Reset the User's Password:
- Go to LetMeIn.IndianaTech.edu.
- Click the "Forgot Password?" button.
- Follow the instructions on screen to create a new password.
This method can also help if the user is locked out of their account or receiving a message that says "user not found".
Please allow up to 30 minutes for the password reset to apply to the email account and Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at Office.com.
