Unable to Remove "Name-" from Username Field


Issue: 

When logging into a device for the first time, LetMeIn enrollment may appear. In the username field, the word "Name-" is pre-filled and the user is unable to remove it.



Solution:

  1. Press the Escape (Esc) key on the keyboard (top-left corner). 
    • This will clear the "Name" text from the username field.
  2. The user can now type their correct username and continue with the LetMeIn enrollment and normal login.
