The Indiana Tech Service Desk uses the ticketing system, Fresh Service, to fulfill its day-to-day operations for Faculty, Staff, and Students


If you choose, you can get the app from your device's Play Store.

Upon installing the app, you can;

  • Create Tickets/Requests
  • View the status of your tickets
  • Respond to your tickets

Upon entering the app, use the URL: servicedesk.indianatech.edu


From there, log into the LetMeIn screen that comes up. Use your email address or user name (Staff & Faculty) and password.


Allow the Freshworks account to use single sign-on.


Grant any necessary notification permissions at your own leisure.
