If you are receiving error messages in Blackboard, their support is recommending that the browser cache be cleared. Please follow the link below to clear your cache in Chrome.  Please note that you should delete ALL cached and not just the past couple days as that does not appear to do the trick all the time.  Additionally, it appears the errors can start popping up again after a period of time where clearing the cache may need to be repeated.

Please note that IT Services has expressed our disappointment to Blackboard about the disruption that has been caused by this issue.  They are supposed to be continuing to investigate the cause.
